News Flash: London Is Hot At Night...

The new issue of British Vogue reminds that in 1998 "Cool Britannia" was in full swing and I think it's coming back with a twist. Now with less pretence, a friendly egalitarian vibe which has people dancing in the streets. Perhaps this time we should call it "Hot Britannia"?
