Hi TJ,Teddy Boys, or Teddies were a group of people in the early 50s who dressed up inspired by the Edwardians ("Edward" being shortened to Ted). For more:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teddy_Boy

He's by Jean Charles de Castelbajac, they did have them at twosee (17 monmouth street) but they've sold out... Think you can still buy them in Paris if anyone's interested.
